has anyone try calling M1's cso for vouchers and is successful ? Cos my family have been with M1 since 1998 and all we ever get was the "loyalty voucher " and it was ceased by them on 2017 .... is there any way to get mobile vouchers from them ?

Nowadays they don't bother about customer retention anymore. maybe you can send an email to talk about the loyalty part and ask for it.
