Hello guys, I have a line with M1 from my old iPhone 4S, It's 3G iPhone Value with 12GB data plan, I have a question, is it possible to add LTE to my plan like for example as an VAS? Thank you guys.

U can't. I believe u thinking u want to keep your 12gb plan. Once u apply will change to 2gb.

He's asking if he can get 4G Internet speeds with the previous 12GB cap if he just pays for a VAS.

Call M1 to find out, but I bet it's likely not possible.

Nope. But since you are a m1 customer, you get 3gb instead of 2gb and it's a change of SIM card too!

I've asked the CSO when 4G was introduced. There is no way M1 is letting us retain the 12gb limit and add on a 4G VAS.. We'll have to change our plan to the current cap to be able to use their 4G service..

Not sure if they have changed their stand but I highly doubt so...

I know what he is asking and I know what he will get as answer - I asked the same question before and was flatly rejected and have to suay suay follow their new plan which cuts my data plan to 3GB (since I was already their customer before so 1GB more).

So instead of asking the forum, he could have just called the CSO and try his luck. Chances are he will have the same answer - unless he got lucky and got a very blur CSO who say can and proceed to do it for him immediately.

But I doubt 4G works for iPhone 4S...

If they change their stand, they will have a lot of very unhappy customers to deal with... I don't think they are that stupid enough to shoot themselves on their own foot.

Maybe he has an extra 4G device? Haha.
