Mac book pro unable to boot up

Hi Various experts

I was using my mac book pro yesterday nite with no issue
but the next day when i boot up my mac, it just stuck at the loading screen
with a bar loading and does not goes to the main OS
but when i restart and reboot into windows no issue

anyone encounter this issue b4?

Does it start up in "safe boot"? Remove all peripherals from the Mac. The power on, and immediately press and hold the Shift key.

If safe boot doesn't work, try resetting NVRAM/PRAM, and perhaps even SMC.

Hi nothing was said whether if its in safe boot or not
How do i go to safe boot from the start
i press option when its start up and i can choose to go to mac os or windows
windows wk fine but mac os will just stuck at the apple screen

Safe boot means to press and hold Shift while turning on power.

You can also press and hold Shift Cmd Option V while turning on power, to safe boot in "verbose" mode so you can see the boot up messages, which could give a hint about where things are stuck.

hmm ths press shift does not work for me

Hmm, at that stage OS X is supposed to be checking the integrity of your file system. If it hangs, I suppose either the FS is corrupted, or there is some disk fault. (Is this a spinning disk or SSD?)

I'd suggest to boot into recovery mode. Press and old Cmd-R while turning power on. Launch Disk Utilities, then do a Verify and/or Repair Disk.

IOS so lousy meh ?
Why not use Windows ?

for sure is not graphic card or motherboard problem, if it is both os are unable to login , it just stuck

you may try recovery frm time machine

hdd perhaps, take the chance to upgrade to ssd, u will not regret
