Do you need MACos?

No? Then the answer is obvious isnt it? The Dell tower has a friggin GTX 1060 while the crappy MAC MINI had a crappy INTEGRATED UHD 630 graphics.

nvr use Mac b4. im not a heavy user too just streaming, watch movie browsing only. need to get replacement for dying laptop at home.

Then the obvious answer is to throw out that MAC mini option immediately. Not only are its specs complete crap compared to the XPS tower, MACOS is nothing like windows OS and very hard to use for a non-mac user.
