Macbook air bluetooth loud static noise

Bought this laptop for my wedding and turns out to be a disaster.

Laptop has Apple Music subscription and the loud static noise from skipping tracks is very disruptive.

Anyone is facing this issue?

Yes, external.

The loud static noise is super loud even volume level is at 1 bar and the loud static noise its like as off at 5. Super annoying
