macbook air help needed

hi guys i need help... i think my macbook air been infected by malwares.

not too long ago i kena the mackeeper thing. now whenever i use google chrome, sometimes will auto open new tab which is the mackeeper ad.... sometimes my chrome will just shut down by itself.

also now when i view some videos online, when i stopped moving the mouse cursor, the screen will be kinda like split up or a white screen will take up 90% of the screen. when i move the mouse the normal screen comes back, but when i stop moving for like 1-2 secs the screen is screwed again.

nope dont have the habit of backing up... is it too late to backup now and reformat..?

dont really like the idea of reformat... very troublesome especially need to reinstall everything...

another way wud be to try e Malwarebytes 30days free trial see if it fixes yr issue.

ya i just did... i asked in google help forum and i youtube... many recommend this malwarebytes so i try it... indeed it detected 2 mackeeper files and deleted them... now so far so good no more pop ups and shutting down my chrome browser..
