Macbook Air unable to boot up

Hi all ,

Macbook Air unable to boot up , power reset still the same . It shows a white screen with a circle slash sign. Any advice ?

might be your SSD spoilt liao.

You can try to reinstall OS X, but that would wipe all your data.

With the computer off, hold down CMD R then press the power button, then follow the on screen instructions to reinstall OS X

I already tried OS X Recovery, reinstalled , still cannot.
It seems to be SSD spoilt ? Any other possibility ?

Try booting into safe mode and see if you are lucky that the SSD is not spoiled....
press and hold shift until you see apple logo with progress bar...
