Macbook Demo set

Hi guys! If i buy a demo macbook pro, does the warranty starts on the day i bought it? Which means i can also extend it warranty.

Hi guys! If i buy a demo macbook pro, does the warranty starts on the day i bought it? Which means i can also extend it warranty.

Macbook demo set can be considered as an activated product. All Apple devices for demos are all activated by store Apple ID in which its registered as a store etc. Some smaller shops use their own Apple ID.

In the event you bought an activated set, you need to contact AppleCare and furnish your receipt for them to adjust the coverage accordingly. However, its gonna be tedious I let you know first.

Would be better if you could provide more info.

I’m assuming that demo set being offered is from a reseller, not Apple Store? Doubt that warranty starts from the day you pay for it.

Have you considered a refurb set from AppleStore?
