Not easy. WE don't know how fast the M1 processor can run. Right now, its believe to have a max of just 3.2GHz for single core and 3GHz for all cores.

No idea if this is the fastest the core can go or is limited to reduce power consumption. If there is more room, imagine all running at 4GHz. Neither Ryzen nor Intel can even come close to it.

Since AMD is using the same TSMC nodes as Apple(although lagging one node behind), they can piggyback on that and it will just be up to them to exploit it with their architecture.
