For owners of the MacBook Pro 4th gen (Touch bar series), do you encounter dust in between your screen assembly? It can be differentiated from dead pixel by appearing like a grayish dot, and disappear when viewed from the side.

Not sure if MBPs are prone to this issue, I've sent my unit in last Dec for the same issue (covered by warranty) and now another one appears again.

Hei buddy, yes I have the same exact issue with my 2 months old 2017 MBP 13'' with TB. Though that there is stain on screen but turns out to be a dead pixel/speck of dust trapped under the glass. Did they replace a new MBP for u or just simply replace a new screen for you? Going to meet Apple Genius this weekend thou.

Hi. The first time it happened, they replaced the entire screen assembly (lid and everything) under warranty. Going to drop by Apple Store tomorrow for the same issue again..
