Macbook Pro/Air Screen Protector

Like to know is anyone using any screen protector for their Macbook Pro/Air?

My screen occasionally gets print/etc/marks..

Anyone using a screen protector? Can recommend what u using?

I used to use it on my 2015 MBP, together with palm rest guards and keyboard protector too. But now on my M1 MBP, I just use it as it as, straight out of the box.

Think now iStudio still has them. I was using gosh brand, which is still the same brand I'm using for my iPhones screen protector.

Yes me too. AM using it nude as for now!


The regular cleaning with tissue makes me wonder, if i needed one!

Don’t think you’ll need one now as the staingate issue on the screens on MBPs have been resolved. I’ve been using my M1 MBP for almost a year now and I just gently wipe the screen, keyboard and surfaces with a microfiber cloth, still looks as good as new!

Yah i didnt want to have one initially!

But i keep getting peoples finger prints/smudges/spits (when they are talking)/etc...

Clean until i afraid i wear out the whatever coating on the original screen.

So i was just exploring this screen protector idea.

What brand do u use? How much?

Well, I have nightmare when applying my screen protector for my M1 MBP.

When searching for screen protector, I didnt want to use anti glare, so I went for this.

Then at the shop the guy didnt know how to paste, got bubbles on screen protector and the palm guard. I told him say got bubbles i reject, then after that went to iStudio to apply the screen protector, keyboard protector and palm guard. Thereafter went to iStudio to apply and they dont have a clear screen protector

Using this antiglare screen protector. It seems not bad also although the display quality degrade a bit. if you dont want finger prints/smudges, i suggest u go for this. if u apply clear one most likely will have the same issue

I think Apple gave some notice that the screen protector cant be too thick right!

Like some titanium glass screen protector.

Pai seh was done like last year so forgot. I remember not cheap like more then $50 but below $100?
