Macbook Pro problems.

Macbook Pro 13 inch (Early 2011)
2.3 gHz Intel iCore5
8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

I have some softwares such as office, PS5 and Autocad which i still need and i wanted to reboot my macbook. Any idea if its still possible for me to retain the softwares? Cant remember all those CD keys tho.

reasons why i chose this option is because my macbook is getting laggy and hot. any idea how to repair loose hinges and lost rubber bottom grips. hehe.

the top question is more important one tho

If you planning to erase and install and manually restore your data then you may need the installers for some apps. Apps ending with .app which don't require any user settings are fine, you can just copy it elsewhere and place it back after E&I. I would advice you to run a time machine backup first. Apps like Microsoft Office, Adobe suite requires the installer and product key for reinstallation and cannot use the copy paste method.

There are other cheaper options but I doubt the quality of it as some are just stick on with double sided tape.
