Macbook Pro - type c- usb problem

Hi all,

I have this problem here. I have bought a type-c to usb hub. But when plugin to my macbook Pro, it is not detecting my thumbdrive. Any advice ?

Sounds like a hub problem if your usb-c ports are working fine.

So how to know if is a hub problem ?

Hub is bought from q0010 not from Apple. Both are brand new just bought .

Test it on your other usb-c ports, or someone else's Macbook, or test another usb c device on your macbook to ensure your ports are working.
