Macbook retina Speakers

Hi guys, i have a problem on my macbook retina's speakers. Recently there are Cracking sounds when i watch movies or play music. May i know whether is it that the speaker is faulty or whether is it a software problem? then if its the speaker's problem i have to fix them right? how much does it cost?

bring to apple centre and ask them to take a look. Are you sure you are not blasting music or is the source ok?
