Hi everyone,

My sis laptop keeps popping up advertisements when it's on safari randomly. Started off with apple webbrowsing security science saying that the computer is under virus which asked her to scan and she did :s22: But X right after that as she knew smth was wrong.

Now when I surf the safari it keep popping up advertisement such as mackeeper asking me to dload to clear the virus. I know mackeeper is an antivirus but a quick Google showed that I shouldn't dload it?

Not really familiar with Mac... any advise how to get rid of the pop ups? Is there a virus affecting the comp?

Thanks in advance, appreciate the help!
