Macro Photography: Crop VS Full frame

I know full from is generally much better, but with the price difference, is it worth to get full frame if i am focusing on marco.
Canon user here if it matters.

No, doesn't really matter. Just be aware that your framing and the lenses 1:1 distance will need to adapt.

Crop sensor cameras will allow you to stand further away from your subject, which is useful if you're going after little critters.

I would say change a longer length.
For example, the Canon EF 180mm f/3.5L Macro USM is a good glass but the 100mm got IS....
