hey guys! anyone has tried self sourced IO before? basically, i went for an interview in the company that my dad is working with, but i will not be in the same division/department as him if i do get selected; he won't be my supervisor or anything.
i know that ntu states that you cannot have an immediate family member working in the organisation, so I was wondering if anyone has 'smoked' through this before. because i saw the declaration form and apparently the company has to declare too..
i self sourced now because i will be going for exchange during semester 2.
anyway, if this is not possible, since i will be overseas for the IO application period, i can only do online interviews, i.e skype interviews. i was wondering if anyone of you have done it before, is it possible?
