nope. doesnt charge full so no point getting 1

I’m using it and so far so good. It’s meant to top up on the go and just to add some juice before you get to a charger.

Were you using it a lot while charging? Or ensure the batt pack is fully charged? When the batt pack is charging the phone, the indicator light beside the lightning port will be flashing orange.

yes I m using it while on video call. its simply doesn't charge n keep on draining

Perhaps it’s draining more power from your phone due to the video call. Do note that attaching it to your phone, it only charges at 5W.
