Magsafe charger issue

Hi all, i am using a magsafe charger to charge my iphone 12 pro max however i realize when i put it on the charger although it shows that it is charging the battery percentage is not going up. when i plug and left it on the charger it actually drop from 74% to 71%.

i was using a magsafe casing to charge now i am using it without the case but it is still not charging.

original or 3rd party? maybe also check your power adapter if it is supplying the right power to magsafe.

I am using the original charger and a 20W power adapter. i also tested on the macbook 30w adapter.

hmm, there may be background app using more battery than the magsafe charging rate? try checking which app is using most energy and close it? if still persists, maybe a trip down to apple to get it check.

Thanks I think my MagSafe is faulty. When I was at Apple I put on their MagSafe charger and I could charge normally.
