dunch anyhow say leh. Zoeblogshop watsapp all the buyers with status update.

This Thomas only update via email, some more its the same message mid Oct.

Somemore located overseas, like he will care if your remote is spoilt.

Somore he charge at USD, even with this and that coupon off, end up still more exp than zoeblogshop in sgd.

As a buyer, I did not receive such update.
The last update via Whatsapp was 2 years ago.
Hence, the support from the blogshop to me is zero.
Luckily I manage to find a forum to read and find out about the updates.

I dare to vouch with my entire fortune that I did not receive a single update from ZoeBlogShop on the downtime, status update or any ****.

Only upon asking that I was informed of the downtime. Furthermore, it was a take it or leave it attitude.

I rather pay more for better customer service. I would never deal with this lousy vendor again. In fact, I have stopped introducing Maigetv to my families and friends. Those who saw the box in my home, I would just help to order directly from Maigetv. Screw the ZoeBlogshop, when I made so many referrals to them when I first got the box

Below on 25th sept on WhatsApp

"Maige still transitioning their operations. Currently will have limited channels and VoDs( Videos) . Maige have informed that they need more time for full recovery.Will stretch from days to weeks, no committed date for recovery yet from maige. Will update if there is progress. For new Maige users,maige normally encounter this kind of instability 2 or 3 times , this year this is first time there is a prolong one.

After this no more info come forum thread relacker also siam, nv come in to advertise or answer during the whole downtime period till recently back up then he come back and advertise! :s13:

zoeblogshop is like that one lah...they chose customers. Just like the way playboys cheat girls, after they conned you into buying their $415 set top box, they don't give a damn on their service standard. If they are unhappy with you, they ask you to fxxk off. this kind of ingrate reseller cross bridge burn bridge one...

I'm considering to buy Maige TV mainly for Japanese channels. Can anyone here confirm if the Japanese channels are up? (Yes I know they are listed as available on their website.)

Last night, I noticed the TW channels were down. But by 10:30 pm, I was able to watch most of them. Some JP channels could not be watched too.
I was able to watch the HK ones.

HI Guys,

Anyone still having issues with Maige Tv? I have not been able to watch since the shutdown. Now when I turn it on, only red lights on the box itself and only the maige tv logo appears on the tv screen.

Have asked zoeblogspot to assist but they said that my box is probably spoilt (not sure why it was working fine before the whole saga) and asked me to get a box replacement for $20

Anyone else have this issue? Appreciate your advices please.
