Mail box can't connect to server!

Hi, recently always had the pop up "cannot connect to mail box", server fail.
Can't access to yahoo, gmail... from my iPhone.
Anyone had the same problems, how to troubleshoot ?

If your connection to the internet is fine, just remove your mail account and re add back...
