Anybody ordered from them?

Have a really bad order with them. Sent them two emails this week, one thru gmail the other through their platform. No response also.

I ordered two months ago, the CS dude say within one month can clear. One month later, say two weeks time will send. Two weeks later say finished cables Liao, but need go quakecon, so send out by earlier this week on Monday.

Promised to send out cables this Monday, but till now still no news. Also never respond to email. Quite pekchek.

Anybody encountered similar situation with other overseas vendors before?

I may lose out alot.

Firstly, I can't take any action against them if they don't refund because they are overseas.

Also by requesting a refund, they have the rights to not send the items to me since I expressed that I do not want the item anymore.

Llst, send them more email or stir s**t up

Agreed, but still, if cannot fulfill why do you want to promise in the first place? Keep deferring the dates.

It's normal for these type of highly custom handmade items. I waited close to 2 months for my Caselabs case just to be ready for shipping. Cut them some slack.

Hmm fair enough

They mentioned its done up already. Quote from their email, 'Cables are completed' and will be 'shipped this (as in the earlier) Monday after quakecon' and that a tracking ticket would be sent once shipped.

I really don't mean to sound like a spoilt brat or anything. Its okay to send your cables on a later date, but it is not okay to make an empty promise. For me, I just need reliability. Even taobao and its forwarders more reliable than them LOL.

Guess I will tolerate them for two more email responses.
