You should call NS hotline to raise the concerns. They will get the relevant parties to call you.

NS Payment schedule is strictly based on the timeframe (as per their SOP). If it says on the 10th day of submission, means the 10th.

one suggestion is to approach your constituency MP, maybe they can help especially if that can result to the extend of bankruptcy. which can be something serious if this is really the case.

fyi, bankruptcy is defined as:

"a legal status of an individual who cannot repay debts of greater than $15,000 and is declared a bankrupt by the High Court. The High Court usually appoints the Official Assignee to administer the bankrupt’s affairs in bankruptcy. These include the selling off of the bankrupt’s assets to repay his creditors, the registration of the creditors' claims and the distribution of dividends to the bankrupt’s creditors."

Yes. I'm meeting oa .end of month to see if I will fall into bankruptcy or not . If not I would need the money to pay to oa , the mindef money is just in time if the oa accept my proposal. I see Monday will get .I also need to know the amount to raise the rest of the sum. Having the money would give me the option to accept my proposal to escape bankruptcy.

No answer yet. I still have more then 10 days because my oa meeting at end of month but still anxious everyday. Every month my income is very very tight.salary come pay all and the rest is to makan. Any admin screw up will affect my next month seriously .

For such serious matter, it is wiser for you to rely on official channels for advice rather than people here who can't control your fate.
