Your situation shouldn't happen.
Your VEP shouldn't be activated if no linkage to TnG.

Anyway if you say so then go to TnG app & enter your NRIC into "VEP JPJ" - look for it under Transport Category...or contact its CSO if this doesn't work.
The VEP JPJ shows my NRIC has been updated…

Also cannot blame TCSens, give 9 months extension for people to register VEP, people don't care, now announce enforcement start on 1 Jul, everyone now rush to register, of course system cannot handle.
I'm referring to the system not able to cater for SG car ownership. We buy and sell cars like no tomorrow. Their system treats this as an 'exception', thus people send documents, proof etc... their CSO dunno how to handle, so sit in their mail box.

Had people going down all the way, Q for 8 hours only to explain to the CSO and they just click 'approve'. The system is not catered to handle Singapore's car ownership so instead of serving 95% of VEP applications through automation, they are manually resolving 95% of the applications.

Any IT system should cater for 95% regular use cases, Msia system is the other way. They cater for 5% and 95% are exceptional cases.

Many sends email, unanswered, resend documents, unreviewed, until spending 8 hours onsite for them to simply click 'approve' and the VEP is resolved, So the onus is not so much on us, we are pretty efficient when sending documents, it's Msia unable to keep up.

that's why they have to delay it by 9 months lor.

so now delay by 9 months because of their incompetence.

ppl can kpkb still not working. but if they like you think that will postpone, then they should LLST?

If I paste the tag by myself and it gets rejected, can I choose to do it at collection center instead of postage for the 2nd tag?

Yes, you can do it at the collection center in danga bay. You have to pay again at the counter and ask for collection method. I did it at danga bay that time after my tag pasted by myself was rejected. Not sure whether woodlands center side allow you to walk in without appt.

I pasted myself and rejected.
When I tore off, whole thing damaged.

Did it happen to you too?

So can just walk in danga bay? How much did you have to pay for 2nd RFID?

Yes, it works~ had tried and travelled to KL and back using RFID lanes~ since then I'd removed the acrylic cos it's pretty ugly, I tape it under the windscreen instead~ :s22:
