The cyclist who was hit by a bullet slug in a restricted area in the Central Catchment Nature Reserve may have tried to cover his tracks from the authorities.

He did not initially disclose that he had been riding near a live-firing range. His riding partner also deleted details of his ride on cycling tracking app Strava.

yeah they know.. they try to delete photos and videos and strava but left out a garmin account.. but no choice need surgery and I read it nearly hit his kidney

Isn't this obstruction of investigation? They commit offence and tried to destroy evidence, not very ethical. If not for the garmin account, they would have continued the lie.

When come to live firing, all the round use is live and can caused injuries and death be it M16 or GPMG, just that the latter round is bigger and fire power is stronger and can fire burst of round and further distance but doesn’t mean all the rounds will land inside the target, unlike a Sniper firing with a sniper scope

Could be air force, navy or lobo army vocation too

Live Firing in Forest Area usually means locally firing blanks lah.. u really think they use hot 5.56 rounds in non enclosed area? if really live rounds, probably those 7.62 MG rounds firing upwards towards reservoir, man probably wounded with gravity fallen rounds firing around over 1000m beyond safety officers view.

Infantry recruits need to hands-on practice local perimeter defense. Static Firing range cannot practise coordinated firing.
Too much ranges, infantry men only shoot when officers shout "Firers watch your front"
