MAN to SCS

Guys actually i'm posted as a AI TPR at 40SAR. Just curious how do MAN actually get posted to SCS ? I know the number of people getting transferred from MAN to SCS Is practically ****ing low.

But anyone knows what is it the criteria for this transfer? And if its possible to transfer, when will the transfer take place.

This, I agree.

Lets say you posted to a unit where there is already an existing mono intake (meaning, you are posted there to join them), chances are the commanders will select someone from the mono intake to go SCS rather than you.
