IIRC,,, the club had mentioned they can spend abt 100M or abit more excluding any major scales..

Wont have serious issue...

RA spent almost 3/4 of last season to have the players integrate into his plan with real competitive games to test it out........... ended up a highly fragmented than integrated team.
