looks like getting better and more cheerful, then next day they jumped.
even their wife didnt know why it happened like that. :(

buy good brands from official stores or pharmacies, many cheap fake supplements online

myself using Lazada Msia, brand Life Extension official store

B1 any type will do, type Benfotiamine is fat-soluble, easily absorbed, more expensive

B2 any type will do

B3 Niacin or nicotinic acid, this type will produce red flush (temporary discomfort), schizophrenia need this type, some ppl have genetic disposition cannot absorb B3

B5 any type will do

B6 pyridoxal 5-phosphate or P5P, this type is better - WARNING - not more than 10-50mg as some old folks developed neuropathy/nerve damage (cannot walk)

B7 any type will do

B9 L-Methylfolate or L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, not the cheap Folic Acid which will stack if not absorbed properly, some ppl have genetic disposition cannot absorb

B10 any type will do

B12 methylcobalamin preferred, vegetarians or diabetics using Metformin need B12

for mood disorders need MORE B1 B3 B6 B9 B12
diabetics too, as more prone to nerve damage

B vitamins are ESSENTIAL nutrients for PROPER brain and neural function, acting as coenzymes in critical biochemical pathways.

These neurotropic B vitamins—particularly B1, B6, and B12—are CRUCIAL for neurotransmitter SYNTHESIS, including SEROTONIN, DOPAMINE, and GABA which are key neurotransmitters involved in REGULATING MOOD, HAPPINESS, and EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING, and IMBALANCES in these chemicals are strongly linked to DEPRESSION, SLEEP & OTHER MOOD DISORDERS.

all vit B work together for greater effect B1 B2 B3 B5 B6 B7 B9 B12, are key nutrients for brain and mental health

Vitamin B deficiencies, particularly of B12, B6, and folate (B9), are linked to various neuropsychiatric manifestations, including psychosis, schizophrenia, and other mental disorders.

Vitamin B12 deficiency can present as clozapine-resistant psychotic symptoms in schizophrenia, even in the absence of typical clinical signs of deficiency, and significant improvement has been observed with parenteral B12 supplementation.

Elevated HOMOCYSTEINE levels, which are associated with B vitamin deficiencies, are linked to more severe symptoms in schizophrenia and are a target for intervention

Elevated homocysteine levels are associated with an increased risk for developing CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES, including coronary artery disease, heart attack, stroke, and peripheral arterial disease

No underwear was allowed in male ward?
Female ward no bra was allowed lol

I choose to hide condition and I avoid applying to govt sector after I was diagnosed.
So usually SMEs take me. There was no declaration form of any sort.
Even got declaration form, no need to disclose too. Just put NO to all sensitive qns.
U r fine now and the past shouldnt matter.

How u know so much
am schizophrenic
was amazed when I found out B3 deficiency caused an old disease named PELLAGRA which symptoms closely resembles schizophrenia & psychosis

(doctors claim they cannot cure you, ask you to be on their meds for life, but when it became desperate for them, they indeed cured pellagra for good)

they cured PELLAGRA for good after fortifying flour with B3

imagine if one is deficient in all vit bs?

during pregnancy if mother is deficient in Vit B, the fetus maybe unable to use or process vit b for life, leading to adult schizophrenia

use the B3 red flush to test yourself, me got subdued red flush with 500mg niacin, wifey totally no red flush at 1000mg only warmth, normal folks will have red flushing on skin

see their LIGHTBULB MOMENT INSIGHTS ABOVE

Vitamin deficiency

Between 1906 to 1940, almost three million Americans developed pellagra due to a niacin deficient diet. Symptoms included dermatitis, dementia, and death. In four to ten percent of cases, active psychosis develops, which mimics schizophrenia.

Pellagra became the leading cause of death in psychiatric hospitals in the Southern United States in the era.

"Treatment with niacin quickly and permanently cures the disease including the psychosis and the dermatitis," commented co-author Rukshan Mehta. "By 1941, flour was fortified with niacin in the USA and the disease was soon after largely eradicated."

But they didnt clear my diagnosis.
Lol.
Is yours bipolar or schizophrenia? Not many illness need life long medication.

diagnosis will never be cleared de.. if it is above illness. Cause the doctors think the patients are not cured but merely condition under control because of the meds. Once stop meds, with some time, it will come back.

no need to declare de even if u r not discharged. Imh will not disclose your conditions to anyone outside of the hospital.. so u dont have to restrict yourself to work at places where they dont even ask for declarations. Gvt sector i dont know. But dont have to restrict yourself to sme.
