Anyone here looking at March BTO? any comments on whether it's worth a try? There are many matured estates in this launch, but I'm sure there will be many people eyeing it and thus huge oversubscription. Not sure if it is worth the risk... coz if we get a not-so-good number, will be losing 1st-timer status if we decide not to select later on... >.<

It depends on luck mate..If this is ur first time applying, then your chances are 2 (unless you are applying under near parents scheme which ur chances will be 4)..

It doesnt matter whether you are first or last person to submit as this is balloting. Everyone stand a chance and is all up to the computer to decide..
