Pros:
He does give some real info/education. You will appreciate/learn the basics of how to research and look for good property deals. His main value propositions are that (a) his company will research/filter suitable investment properties for you to consider and (b) you get to be part of a group of investors who can pool together resources to invest jointly.

Cons:
A bit too salesy at times... It's totally not true that there's zero money down, just that you don't need to come up with so much compared to SG. He doesn't offer SG properties, just overseas ones e.g. China, USA, UK.

Some of his tips are a little extreme/opinionated and not to be taken up in a vacuum. For example, he talks about selling off your HDB (not for everyone!) or taking up short-term credit for the downpayment (how is that zero money down!!??).

His style can be a bit abrasive/rude as well, but I think he purposely does that to shock Singaporean investors out of their comfort zone (which I admit is sometimes needed).

I know of people who have taken the entire course.

He also doesn't really talk about the tax/inheritance implications of overseas properties, but then again, none of them do.

If it's ZERO DOWN.. Why need to peddle to you?
He can SUB all since it does not cost him any money

maybe he very kind-hearted to share with us.... MUAHAHAHA i burst out laughing just saying that out loud...

anyway, to be logical, i think he meant no downpayment, but must take loans. loans still need to pay monthly instalments, so cannot take up so much bank loans. :s22:

There's another 1 of his events this Saturday. I am a relative newbie to investing. Is it worth going to any of his events?

What are the returns if you invest with him? Is that all he teaches?
