For mari invest income, We can buy and sell. I am thinking of selling all after i get my payout on 31 Oct. So potentially i could be getting more than i buy. For example, u sell 10k and after the fund manager approved, may get slightly higher (Also depending on luck).

Ok. So yesterday i top up $40k to invest income. Unfortunately, i have passed the cut off time so this month i can't get the payout for $40k. Only can get the existing investment payout i put in months ago.

This morning, fund manager approved. So i checked the unit price is $9.65

So what was the unit price you bought months ago and the most recent 40K?
9.65 is the NAV as at 28/10/2025. It was slightly higher a few days ago.

ok. i noticed when i sell, the units will be slightly higher than i buy. I tried once before, so aft i sell, i get $60 plus more. Most of the time is exactly the same amount after i sell.

ok lar, your order unit price is $9.65 (28 Oct). xd price so no payout.
if u bought 1 day earlier before 3pm, it will be $9.69 (27 oct). before xd price with $0.0512 payout.

u can find out the cut off for payout when u buy, by pressing the (i)

there is no real time price. u won't know your order price until it is confirmed the next day, and the annouced unit price is delayed by a day
