Market continues to crash

Haiz.... last night one of my pharma stock also released horrendous results for phase 2b trials, discontinued the development of the drug... crashed and burned -90%

Lucky last week got sell off a bit... buffered against the loss... but still 50k loss as a whole

Just curious how much your capital investment to sustain 50k losses?

this is the part that gets confusing

the price that went up was actually for the new shares that were issued

so there are ppl who sold the stock when they saw the price go up but because of the reverse stock split, in actuality they owned lesser shares then they thought they had

For eg

I bought 100 shares at $4
reverse stock split, say 20 to 1

So i actually own 5 shares only but i sold 100

the trade becomes a Short sell of 95 shares and because the price went up so much

Ppl who sold their shares yesterday ,instead of profit saw negative amt on their -95 shares

speaking of losses and wolf, reminded me that i bought WULF (Terawulf Inc) instead few mths ago

bought at $5, stop loss was triggered and sold at $4+
then it started going up next few weeks to $11+ now

watch those youtubers with 20+ years in big firms ... they said historically no big impact

my opinion , it coincide with last day of q3 .... final 1 hour we may see the "confidence" suddenly flip to panic or heavy selling in final 20-10 minutes based on previous big fixed date events like tariff days

Main reason I just take money and run for coreweave first.... Rest of my holdings can weather through stormy waters but not so confident about crwv...
