i used to be a shotokan practitioner but ridiculous job timings screwed my martial arts career. i also got a fracture in my elbow because i got hit by a bike so that sort of made me over cautious of my elbow.

Hi, what form of martial arts do you all do and where is the location? Have always been keen on sparring as it really trains reflexes.

What martial arts do you all practice? There are free taekwondo sparring training sessions held on occasional Sundays (will be confirmed the day before on Instagram by the dojang master). It's called Taekwonmaru, brought over from Korea by Xavier Yoon sir of JH Kim (Serangoon) taekwondo school. Those interested can look for details and updates on JH Kim Serangoon's instagram :)
