Here's how to return a game with the Great Game Guarantee
You may return EA full game downloads (PC or Mac) and participating third party titles purchased on Origin for a full refund. Refund requests can be made within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within seven days from your date of purchase, or within seven days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered, whichever comes first. only human atm, thats the first thing i wanted to change, hopefully will get patch with models...

hmmm...i love ME trilogy. really one of the best. planning to get this too once i get 1080ti....was thinking this game need to be played with the best setting.

try changing your language in Origin. it will restart Origin in the new language. then change back to English.

another possible solution is the internet one but i have to hunt for it. will share later.

edit:
1. Open Internet Explorer (NOT microsoft edge)
2. Go to tools, click Internet Options, click advanced and then hit reset.

I started with ME2 too, it was sooo good that I went to buy ME1. Don't expect too much from ME1, you'll probably like the story telling but the gameplay/grpahics is not half as good as ME2, the planet exploring is tedious and not fun either. It's an old backward version of the game you liked.

If the facial expression, in Mass Effect, is as bad as the one in Mass Effect: Andromeda, then I still can accept it.

I love the story in the previous Mass Effect series. Just that, I missed out the first game for unknown reasons which I have forgotten.

I don't think so, it was a badly ported xbox game. I played ME1 after playing ME2 so if they were to do anything they would have done so already. If you can live with the constant crash to desktop it is actually quite a good game

ME1 also keep crashing on moi old PC when first got the game, even at customize the face after spending hours making the perfect face liao then it crash. End up fu(k it and just pray the default Shepard face which ironically actually look 100 times better than all the customized one. Part of the reason why moi eventually give up and let it collect dust.

Few years later when moi changed to a newer and more powerful PC and reinstall ME1 using the same old DvD to pray the game, surprisingly it start to run very smooth. Only encountered first crushed after spending dozens of hours into the game.

But not sure if it is the patch related or not or just the game initial HW requirement too bian tai. As recall after installed moi do go download the latest patches to patch up the game first.
