android phones has a option for default app for Contactless Payments, you need to set it in the device settings. NFC has to be on when tapping.

Tap visa card no problem. Invitation needed for tap visa card on google/samsumg/apple pay

u mean if recv visa invitation, that visa card can be used on both physical and phone?
i thought visa invitation is for physical card only, not yet on mobile.
can confirm?

if confirm visa invitation is for both card and phone, then can add to apple pay and use now?

did u receive invitation to use Visa, particularly DBS Visa Debit card for ABT?

If no, the SimplyGo launch on 4 April will only allow Mastercards on Contactless Apps.

It does not open up to Visa cards on Contactless Apps unless invitation is sent to you.

selected cards are open for trials, not all. i was invited to partake for OCBC Robinsons Visa card.

have u added the card to phone? is it working?

https://simplygo.transitlink.com.sg/

I went to this website and registered my Visa and Mastercard and after 5 days, my cards were functioning as EZ link cards.

But the registration for phone to be used as EZ link card is over, so those who did not register earlier on are not able to use their phones as EZ link card.

Virtual Cards on iPhone/Android devices will work on 4th Apr onwards without the need for registration.
If you registered, it's just for you to track your transactions

May I ask which platform to use to pay?
For eg I have OCBC visa card set as default card in Google Pay but I did not register that particular card on ABT, I can use Google Pay to tap in and out of train stations and public buses come 4th April?

I'll let the app work itself out over the next couple of days.

As long as still able to use the cards.

I use Apple Pay.
Yes you’ll be able to do so, mastercard only though.

I was involved in the trial and there was a bit of delay.
I’m not sure if they fixed it yet though.

Think 4th April is for Mastercard, Visa will be later.
