Do they refund you cash on the spot for ezlink balance? Any limit? Eg if my ezlink just auto topped up has $40+, any issue? And is the ezlink purse still valid after refund?

Any way to use up ezlink remaining value precisely without permanently disabling it? Eg pay bill using ezlink. Thanks.

I realised ever since SimplyGo started this month, the update to the trips done on the website is now almost immediate. This was unlike previous times when it was updated only daily.

Tried again when going out for lunch just now. The bus trip is missing from the transactions on the website. So I guess the immediate update part only holds true for MRT trips from this experience.

Anyone encounter same problem as me?
I took LRT 1 stop to and from compass one using apple watch(towards compass one) and iphone(Going back) and in Simplygo app, it shows missing entry and exit. and shows I'm charge $2 x 2 which by right should be $0.83 x 2.

When I go compassone, I use apple watch for both entry and exit. When I return home I used iphone for both entry and exit.

I'm not sure when the portal is updated.
I just checked and saw my 5.30pm bus ride transaction.
I will monitor my MRT ride update next week, just for fun

Just realised bus transaction using phyiscal cc get reflected in my simplygo app after the tap out. Tap out with Samsung pay requires some time (I think end of day) for it to be reflected in the simplygo app.

Should be. Anyways, just 4 rides to and fro and it will hit $10. I am also currently using Manhattan card. After 4 days, I will switch to ICBC global travel mastercard.
