let's hope he/she's not pulling a fast one. have encountered 'fake news' from CSOs before.

the simplygo just started and not sure anyone has gotten their card statement to reflect those transactions yet. in fact I have taken around 6 trips with the card but no charges yet billed (nor pending) to the card.

wonder how often do they consolidate and charge customers. after 10 trips maybe?

5 days in my case, I am using manhattan card

It’s not tagged under transitlink for this

That’s mainly top up.

On my ocbc which I’ve used previously , it’s tagged under bus/MRT in transaction

The 1.5% cashback T&C excludes TRANSITLINK*, TRANSIT LINK*, TRANSIT LINK PL, TRANSIT so I think it's quite unlikely.

Any idea what to fill in CAN portion when we make claim if we use master card? Trying key MasterCard number can’t go through. Thanks

Wait for the charges to be finalised in your simplygo account. Then file a claim through that entry

It will take some time for the posted amount to be shown on the Credit Card statement.

How would I be billed for transit payments using Mastercard contactless bank card?

The transactions will be processed, accumulated and charged to your contactless bank cards with the merchant descriptor name “BUS/MRT”. Depending on your Issuing Bank, postings may not be reflected immediately in your credit/debit/prepaid card accounts.*

For Mastercard contactless bank cards, fare charges will be accumulated for up to 5 days or after a total of $15 is spent on transit fares, whichever is earlier.*

CSO says need to wait to be billed then can submit claim. App also can't submit claim I think
