1) simplygo is for mastercard only unless you are selected for trial on visa.

2) If using physical card with cepas wallet need to go GTM machine to switch to bank mode. But if using card via googlepay no need to switch to bank mode. The value in your cepas wallet does not matter.
i know that, just that i still have $35 balance. Someone mention that VISA wont work for NFC atm.

Which card you using for the simplygo via google pay? You got activate NFP on your phone? Got set googlepay as default app etc.using OCBC Frank VISA. NFC is on and Googlepay was set as default.

I read the line in the TnC which is clearer and can be met.

"6. Promotion is not applicable to existing EZ-Reload users who had terminated EZ-Reload between 24
January 2019 and 23 April 2019."

I'm using my stand chart card and facing 2 issues.
1) did not receive the $10 rebate
2) it takes quite awhile to register when I'm scanning the card.

The terms and conditions states that the cashback will be credited by 31 July. It’s still a long way so you would have to have some patience before you can see the cashback in your account. Anyway you don’t have to worry as long as you have registered successfully and completed the required transaction.

You can claim against posted transaction.

Expand the transaction and there is an icon below the amount. Click on the icon to file a Claim against the transaction.
