mATX suggestion

Looking around for possible chassis with the following characteristics:

1. Support up to mATX size (not any bigger)
2. As small as possible, no need for high end graphic card, or RAM kit, or cooler considerations. Slim chassis are preferred if they can mount 5.25'' optical drives (and possibly full size PSUs).
3. x1 5.25'' bay for optical drive.
4. >= x2 3.5'' bay for internal drives.
5. Full size PSU is preferred, but not necessary. If SFX, a bundled PSU of reasonable quality is also under consideration.
6. Should be "plain", not flashy. Bitfenix Prodigy M is too flashy.
7. Good dust filtering scheme, good ventilation, good acoustics are plus points.
8. >= 80mm fan mounting is preferred. Smaller size fans are difficult to find and tend to be noisier (or higher frequency noise).
9. Not too expensive (maybe <$100? or even <$80).

mITX may be considered, but not preferred at the present moment.

The system is intended to be a small, easy to conceal system, while capable of packing desktop CPU computation power. It is not intended for gaming.

Can check out Rosewill Legacy U3.. Personal favourite because of its size for an mATX FF. Corsair 350D is a great choice too.

A vertical version of the Lian Li PC-C37/ C50 is probably closest to what I would prefer. Problem is that it is expensive and the small size comes at the cost of serious cramp when installing. And most slim HTPC type chassis are usually designed to be placed flat, not vertical.
