ah ok... another question, for first appointment, let say me and my partner happen to be out of the country, how ah? can reschedule? will affect the flat selection?

This i have no idea also..I think u gonna call HDB once u've gotten the ballot no and appt date..

Yishun also ulu but many pple apply

If july yishun bto, which one better?

the one that is 690 units? or the 950 units one?

i remember jan 13 yishun bto was next to the 950 units one. And it was quite far off from mrt and ulu ulu..

Any idea if 690 units better? got bus ? walkable?

confirm...My HLE got approve mid last week..The day before it was approve, HDB called me asking me to upload 1 extra document..And i only receive the hardcopy by mail telling me the same thing like on mon..

I have some qns on the process,

I suddenly received appointment letter for nov 2012 bto for jul appointment (where i exceeded the queue no. by 1000+), and only left low floor units 2nd and 3rd floors. I do not want to take it up, i think i got read before ppl rejecting leftover units but not considered a rejection. Are there any criteria for special situation, like left only 2 units kind.

Also, if i plan to not take up the leftover units, do i have to tell hdb via email/phone or just do not turn up on my appointment date.

Anyone able to advise? TIA!

I have applied for the may sobf which completes in 2014 1st quarter. Is it necessary to submit ahg forms and hle during the first appointment?

Is it ok not to submit during first appointment since anyway they are gonna reassess later on...?

The officer will print out the AHG form for u to sign on the spot. HLE will be required during 2nd appointment. I believe u will still need it.. But not during first appointment..

The officer will advise you on the procedure. Just make sure u have all the doc ready as stated in the package which u will receive if u got a good queue number.

They dont update or release anything on weekends..And so if results is suppose to be out by end June..Isnt tmr the last day??

And also he probably know someone working there...
