Anyone knows is there a possibility for a second-timer to get a queue number of 1? (Even chance low)

Or the first few slots are reserved for first-timer?

Hi This is my second time apply for sbf too! My first time got cancelled aft they said quota for Malay is full (aft I received an email to come down to hdb to book a flat).
Was told by my friends it’s computer generated so there’s a chance eventhough you are second timer!

It just said you are applying as a second timer and how many % of flats are allocated to you.

Let's fall in at 4pm :)
