The last time I got my ballot number for sbf was 4:06pm, but have heard of people (here) saying they received at 5+/6+ pm. Will check back. Anyway I'm also going for sengkang 5rm

Possible, my previous application was the first time I applied for sbf with my fiance. We got no. 118 for 60 5rm flats, and ytd was supposed to be our appointment date to select flat, but the only flat left was a 2nd story flat that TOP in 1999 and the flat got repossessed by the govt ( maybe the owner passed away and got no dependents?)

Anyway, sorry for the ramble, my point is that it is possible to be successful at first try.

Totally possible. First timer has better chances than 2nd timer.

Trying for the 3rd time now T.T so disappointed waited the whole day today

Hi, no priority scheme because not married (yet), no kids etc, just simply applying under fiance fiancee scheme

Just called HDB hotline and officer informed that they were not notified by Sales Department as well. They have expected news at 4pm earlier. I was also told to wait for tomorrow or even early July.

Received our results on last Nov SBF on 29th Dec 4.11pm.
