Could be because the selection is not so soon yet? For Clementi selection starts in July so some of us can see in the HDB portal

This one is purely luck.
The unit you likes might not be others liking.
Some just select because they don’t wanna try again.
My 1st BTO I got Q within the plot I select but low level units.
After my selection, there’s SBF for higher level units……..
So it’s really hard to say.

I called HDB and clarified liao... nearer to august then the flat selection for May will be out... thats why some of us cant see the available units

From past experiences, those who get a ballot number in SBF will select a flat.. very hard to secure if your queue number is beyond supply/quota.. but who knows.. luck game

Yes. Mine is 2 digits but I'm aiming for that 1 particular unit at Toa Payoh Apex. Very unlikely to get with my number but you never know.

It means selection for queue #1 starts in August. So depending on your queue number, could be August or beyond August.
