Hi guys, checking for a friend.

He got a decent number for selection but due to covid likely to stuck overseas for 2-3 years for his job. He doesn't mind not renting out.

Will it affect his MOP?

Not sure about urs, mine Tampines and before I apply SBF. HDB portal can see all the SBF details by block and unit number with area and price.

Since he is overseas.. I dont think he can go down to HDB to select the unit ?
