Nope. The hdb staff will block you at the entrance and ask you to send the sales team an email to enquire ok this. Some older project the models are placed outside though.

Maybe you can try YouTube videos. Some projects are there.

Yes already selected. For me, it takes about 30 mins after the officer gone through all the documents with you.
