May I know why I get warned

For posting some speculation voting pattern based on past elections' result?

The way I was warned was because of a breach of this rule:

Forecasts, including estimates, to the results of the election or how a candidate/political group performed, which is based on or which may appear to be based on information given by voters.


But nobody gave me info as basis to make my prediction, except based on past election results.'


Can clarify what went wrong?

Actually the exception says that if it is shared on a personal basis, is not against cooling day rules.

This overwrites all the cooling day rules.

Can some overzealous mod look at this again?
