Other forum users found it highly insensitive and an inappropriate remark towards the deceased. A life had been lost, through suicide and the remarks of “she probably got issues to begin with” was unneeded.

Put yourself in the shoes of the decease’s friends / family and think if you would take offense at such callous remarks.

Hence, your post was regarded as nuisance behavior - similar to your previous obituary posts towards another forumer.

There is a difference between unnecessary remark and insensitive remark

i dont see how my comment is trolling or forum troublemaker since its due to intepretation issue?

the problem is people omit the underlying difficult period

yes but dont you think its necessary for moderators to note the guarantee of free speech under the constitution instead of not moderating well so people dont have to come back to edmw with another account?

just because i let it slide doesnt mean that i accept the judgement made by the moderators especially if you are going to infract on every single petty issue

also the forum is free to apply the terms of service on every user

but given that this is an online forum dont you think you are too heavy handed in issuing infractions?

this is an online forum

not bloomberg discussion forum or parliamentary meeting

if you are going to infract users based on what you deem strictly to be acceptable and so called non acceptable then what is point of forum where you do not respect diversity of viewpoints?

Lets get back to issue at hand
