mine was put on hold for 24hrs, can't use digital services as well. called the hotline and they released funds one hr later and resume my digital services.

u need to call before 8pm. they don't operate 24hrs.

Thank you for the reply! This is usually what happens with other banks in the past too. But funnily enough, yesterday neither Maybank nor DBS put my funds on hold. Maybe New Year's Day short of staff..

Sometimes this issue happen to me also if i selected the payee from "Recent" tab. Try selecting your payee from "Others" tab.
