According to terms and conditions for airport limo transfer, cardholder needs to charge travel expenses to the card in order to use the service.

How do they verify this ? What is considered travel expenses ? Airtickets only ? Hotels ? Travel insurance ? HSBC Infinite does not have this requirement.

I called maybank 2 weeks ago to request for application form.

Just received the letter yesterday.

HI, which number did you call to request for application form? I called them on the standard credit card hotline but got nowhere.

Just call the CSO at maybank to check on the details. Here is it for sharing:

1. 6 Limo transfer per calendar year - No min spending
2. Priority Pass for Main card holder only
3. Jetquay for Main + 2 traveling guests. It is on first come first serve basis as there is a daily quota, which the CSO unable to tell me how many is the quota.

Remember SDIC covers you up to $50K only in local dollar FD. Unless you really need these special cards, if not why risk putting so much $ in FD? If even Barings Bank can collapse, anything can happen.

Barings is actually a very small bank. They only have 350M Pounds of Capital. They lost around US$1.2B, which is not really that difficult to absorb for most decent banks.

Even UOB had around S$4.2B / US$2.9B of paid up capital at that 1995. So no, I don't believe that SG banks will become insolvent anytime soon

When did they change from Main + 1 traveling guest to Main + 2 traveling guests for Jetquay?

The CSO just told me that there is no secured version of VI from Maybank.

Update: From 1 Jan 2015, 2-way transfer by private limo to and from Changi Airport is only available when you spend $2500 within the month of your booking

It seems that for this card, the annual income has been reduced from S$200K to S$150K

Complimentary airport Limousine Transfers and JetQuay accesses are only available for Principal Cardmembers who have charged a minimum of S$3,000 (“Minimum Qualifying Spend Criteria”) in Eligible Transactions (defined below) to their Maybank Visa Infinite Card in the previous calendar month. With a minimum spend of S$3,000 in a calendar month, Principal Cardmembers are eligible to book either 2 airport Limousine Transfers or 2 JetQuay accesses in the next calendar month (“Booking Month”). These bookings are to be made in advance, at least 3 days and up to 2 months before the actual date of airport Limousine Transfer or JetQuay access. Combination of 1 airport Limousine Transfer and 1 Jetquay access is not permitted.
