Wow the organisers compensating the affected concert goers for their hotel, flight etc wow
Is like what they say in the vcr. Want to have concert but so hard.
Why they go and compensate also. Later people take for granted that it will happen again.

actually tourists can cheat them also, those who happened to be in HK for tour just go buy over one ticket, then apply for refund for ticket, flights and hotel hehe
